PHYSIOTHERAPY

& MOVEMENT

Movement is Medicine

"Intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong"

John F. Kennedy

Enjoying the freedom of movement and physicality requires a body well maintained. Without movement and physical fitness, the rest of our capacities waiver. Movement is the fundamental capacity in which we can realise our abilities and maintain a healthy life. If you want to perform well in any arena - sport, business, academia and more - you must focus on optimising the body.

MY METHOD

PHYSIOTHERAPY

Keeping the body in top shape is an important part of maintaining health and performance. The health of our tissue will effect how we move and how we feel. With a focus on evidence based modalities and exercise, I can help you recover from injuries, improve mobility and strength and improve overall health.

GYMNASTICS & MOVEMENT CULTURE

Gymnastics and Movement Culture teaches us physical cultivation through intense practice of skills and movements that allow us freedom of expression and sense of mastery. If you want to learn how to use your body to the fullest, this is where it's at!

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Utilising strength and conditioning principles everyone can optimise their physical performance. Using scientific principles to train is what separates this from your every day personal trainer or regular exercise class. Training is tailored and programmed specifically for you and measured and reassessed regularly to ensure you are getting the results you want.

NATURAL MOVEMENT

Our bodies evolved over millions of years to accommodate the natural environment with specific movements - squat, crawl, climb, run, jump, swing, throw, fight and more. The body thrives off of natural movement and it improves our physical abilities as well as our overall health.
